Convenience Stores:** 7-11, FamilyMart
Logistics Fees:
Home Delivery: YAMATO TRANSPORT (Black Cat): NT$100/order.
Convenience Store Pickup (7-11, FamilyMart): NT$65/order.
Chunghwa Post: NT$90/order.
Shipping Time:
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding holidays).
YOT WATCH Taiwan delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 16:00 (no deliveries on weekends or public holidays).
Shipments may be delayed during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays) or due to natural disasters.
Inspection Period:
For products not excluded under the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right to Cancel Communication Transactions," a 7-day inspection period applies, starting from the date the product is received (includes holidays).
The 7-day inspection period is for observing defects or sizing issues, not for trial use.
Non-returnable Conditions:
Returns are not accepted if the product is stained, damaged, has an odor, or is missing accessories, unless it is defective.
Products with minor defects such as color variations or exposed threads, as per international standards, are not considered defective and cannot be returned.
Return Procedure

Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Product Name to be Returned
Reason for Return (with photos if applicable)
Response Time:
We will respond within 2-3 days after receiving your email.
Return the Product:
After confirmation, please return the item in its original packaging (including the outer box, product, packaging paper, tags, gifts, etc.).
Damage Due to Customer Negligence:
Returns will not be accepted for products damaged or stained due to customer error.
Refund Process
Refund Method:
For non-reward points purchases: The refund will be processed via the original payment method, and any unissued reward points will be canceled.
For purchases using reward points: Both the reward points and the monetary portion will be refunded via the original payment method, and any unissued reward points will be canceled.
Shipping Costs for Partial Returns:
If the remaining order value after a return is below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (Convenience Store NT$65 / Yamato Transport NT$100 / Chunghwa Post NT$90).
Non-returnable Items:
Pre-ordered or custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
Return Denials:
If the return/exchange frequency due to personal reasons becomes excessive, we reserve the right to refuse further return requests.
Time Frame for Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving and verifying the returned product.
Warranty and After-sales Service
Items purchased from unauthorized dealers or non-designated distributors (e.g., "First Words Studio") are not eligible for warranty, after-sales service, or returns.
